    Positioned casually next to the customer toilets this Costa is pretty handy stopping place for your exit out of Dundee.

    I gauge the performance of any Costa Coffee by their ability to make my order which doesn't change. Ever. It goes like this:

    "Hi, can I have a regular hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows and can you make it extra hot please."

    Why extra hot? Well the two things in life that provide us with taste in that combo are fat and sugar. The heat breaks down the fats and releases the flavours while fully dissolving the sugars. The same principle applies to tea and coffee, it's why each drink made with tepid water tastes rank. Anyway I digress.

    These guys nail it every time. Even offering an extra cup to insulate my tender fingers from the heat. Win.
